For international visitors, a valid driving license from their home country with international driving permit is necessary along with a valid visa. Please bring the Original one as a copy will be retained for documentation purposes.

The tariff is not inclusive of fuel. We do not provide fuel for the bikes however all bikes will have enough fuel to reach the nearest petrol bunk.
Yes. A refundable deposit of 50% of the amount.
Yes! We expect the bikes to be returned on time for the next rider. Up to a delay of 30 mins can be accommodated beyond which every 30 mins will be charged at INR 100 for maximum period of three hours leading to a full day rental in case of further delay.

Recovery Policy of Bike on Rent in Rishikesh
🔧 Breakdown & Drop-off Policy
In case of a breakdown, a replacement may be provided within a limited distance. Beyond that, users must arrange repairs and submit bills for reimbursement. Bikes must be dropped at designated points. Failure to do so without prior notice will incur a 50% base rental penalty.
Confirmation Policy
- The customer receives a confirmation voucher via email within 24 hours of successful booking
- If preferred slots are unavailable, an alternate schedule will be arranged as per customer preference, and a new confirmation voucher will be emailed.
- Alternatively, the customer may choose to cancel their booking before confirmation and a full refund will be processed.
Refund Policy
- The applicable refund amount will be processed within 10 business days
Cancellation Policy
- If cancellation are made 7 days before the date of travel then 50.0% of total tour cost will be charged as cancellation fees
- If cancellation are made 0 days to 7 days before the date of travel then 100.0% of total tour cost will be charged as cancellation fees
