In case of a breakdown within a limited distance, a replacement vehicle may be provided.
For breakdowns beyond that distance, the rider must arrange repairs and submit valid bills for reimbursement.
Bikes must be returned to the designated drop-off point.
Failure to drop off at the assigned location without prior notice will result in a 50% base rental penalty.

Customers will receive a confirmation voucher via email within 24 hours of a successful booking.
If preferred slots are unavailable, an alternate schedule will be arranged as per the customer’s preference and a new confirmation voucher will be sent.
Customers may also cancel their booking before confirmation and receive a full refund.
